Northshore S&B
Northshore S&B, Inc. is a self-developed, cooperatively managed and maintained, gated and secured, recreation and retirement community situated on 40 acres of the north shore of Lake Nacimiento. Located approximately 20 miles inland from San Simeon, in the unincorporated area of San Luis Obispo County, Lake Nacimiento is 22 miles long with 165 miles of shoreline when full. The secluded natural setting features 30 homesites, a central community area, boat storage facilities and launch ramp, and dock rights for every residence.
MEMBERSHIPS
Regular – Provides the member with a space in the RV Park until such time as they choose to build a permanent residence on a lot for which they have exclusive use rights. Once the permanent residence is occupied, the RV Space then reverts to open, available space. Regular Members have assessment and Common Use property maintenance obligations.
Annual – Provides the member with an annual license to a space in the RV Park. Annual Members pay an annual fee and have no Common Use property maintenance obligations.
